Our projects
We are proud of the various projects through which we make a positive contribution to society. Whether it's sponsorship, such as for the Solar Team Eindhoven, or supplying products for events such as the NAC Street League finals (see photos), we are happy to get involved. We are particularly proud of our long-standing partnership with KWF Kankerbestrijding (Dutch Cancer Society). Since 2010, we have been committed to skin cancer research with our own brand of sun protection fabric, Tibelly. Our aim is to bring about a change in mentality, putting the concept of shade in a different light.
Healthy employees, sustainable future
For us at AVZ-Group, sustainability is not just about caring for the environment, but also investing in the well-being and health of our employees. Our Fit4work programme offers a wide range of support. Employees can take advantage of a bicycle plan, which not only encourages healthy exercise, but also contributes to cleaner air and less traffic. We also provide fresh fruit at work to promote healthy choices and offer discounts on sports facilities. These benefits not only contribute to physical health, but also to a healthy work-life balance and a positive working environment.
Our commitment does not stop with our employees. We work closely with Fontys Eindhoven, where students have the opportunity to research sustainability issues within our organisation. This collaboration is valuable for both parties: AVZ-Group gains new insights that contribute to our sustainability goals, while students gain practical experience and are prepared for a promising future in the sustainable sector. By guiding and inspiring them, we are contributing to a new generation that puts our planet first.

Working together for a green future
In addition, we continuously seek sustainable solutions in our business operations to reduce our impact on the environment. Waste separation is an essential part of our process, both at our production sites and in our offices.
This enables us to reuse and recycle materials optimally, which not only contributes to a circular economy, but also allows us to use our raw materials as efficiently as possible. Our waste policy also focuses on minimising sawing and cutting losses in production, which helps to reduce waste and increase our efficiency. Another important priority is eliminating plastic from our packaging. By making packaging materials more sustainable, we aim to further reduce our ecological footprint and offer our customers environmentally friendly solutions.
With our social and ecological initiatives, we not only want to reduce our direct impact, but also inspire change. We are committed to a future in which people, businesses and the environment are in balance.
